About Earl Sweatshirt
Born in Los Angeles, Earl Sweatshirt made his hip-hop debut with the release of the already acclaimed "Earl" mixtape. He was invited by Tyler the Creator to join Odd Future and helped the group break into fame around the same year as his first mixtape release. His first solo albums titled "Doris" (2013) entered the Billboard top 200 at number five and was featured in publications like the Rolling Stones in their best albums of the year.
Known for his laid-back flow and his sluggish lyrics, Earl Sweatshirt quickly became one of the artists to look for in the past few years. He featured in tracks among the likes of Tyler the Creator, or Frank Ocean, cementing his place among alternative rap's leading figures.
