About Empress

Empress is an Austrian Singer/Songwriter who began her career in 2015 with her debut album, Out Of The Ashes. She's best known for her passionate, emotive lyrics and catchy melodic style. Her music, which does not always fit into a single genre, is lyrically driven and melodically emotional. Empress has enjoyed critical acclaim and has earned her fans both in her native Austria and abroad. In 2017 she released her greatest hits album, The Best Of, which collected some of her most popular songs from her first two albums. Her most recent release is the EP Are You There, which was released in 2018 and features warm, ambient soundscapes and and layered vocal harmonies. She continues to write and record music while touring Europe.
