Gorilla Biscuits tickets

Gorilla Biscuits is an American hardcore punk band based in New York City. Formed in 1987, the band originally consisted of guitarist Walter Schreifels, bassist Anthony Civarelli, and drummer Arthur Smilios––all of whom were known in the local hardcore scene. Eugene Kelly of Berkeley, California outfit RKL filled in on vocals temporarily after founding vocalist Civ blew out his vocal cords during a show.

Gorilla Biscuits released two full length albums throughout the height of their career, the well-regarded and influential Start Today in 1989, and its follow up, 1991's seminal Orientation. Both albums reverberated throughout the punk and hardcore scene. Subsequent releases after Orientation saw the addition of a second guitarist, Graham Philips. After a series of sporadic reunion shows, in 2006 the band announced a full-time reunion, now permanently sized as a quartet. Gorilla Biscuits continues to release albums to this
