Hoobastank is a rock band from California that first formed in 1995. They have released six studio albums, with their debut self-titled album becoming platinum-certified in the United States. They achieved mainstream success with their 2001 single, "Crawling in the Dark," which topped the US Mainstream Rock and Alternative Rock charts. The song also reached number 62 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Other successful singles include "Running Away," "The Reason," and "Out of Control." Their fourth album, For(N)ever, peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard 200 chart and went gold-certified in the US and Canada. Ultimately, Hoobastank has sold 10 million albums worldwide.
