John Ford Coley, originally a duo between himself and high school friend Danny O' Donnel, was a popular music artist in the 1970s and 1980s. The two released their first record in 1976, accompanying it with the smash hit single "I'd Really Love to See You Tonight". Between 1976 and 1981, the duo released 5 studio albums and their audience loved their unique blend of easy listening and hard rock. They eventually parted ways in 1981, however John Ford Coley continued his music career as a solo artist. He released 3 studio albums of his own, as well as a collaboration album with other singers. John Ford Coley continues to tour the U.S. and internationally, performing to adoring fans who have attended his shows for decades.
