About Joy
Joy is a Korean-American singer, songwriter, and record producer who debuted in 2014 with her single "Might End Soon" featuring Virginia-based rapper UGO. She has released two EPs, Fire and Freeze, and two studio albums, Olivia and Hello. Joy often blends alternative and classical genres throughout her music, ranging from laid-back hip-hop beats to a folky Americana-influenced sound. Her creativity has earned her numerous awards from the Korea Music Awards, The Fact Music Awards, and the Mnet Asian Music Awards, including "Rookie of the Year" and "Best Vocal Performance Group". Her single "Sour Grapes" was also a chart-topper in South Korea and has spawned two additional singles. Joy remains active in the music scene today, collaborating with artists in various genres and releasing more beautiful music to the fans.
