Lockdown is a rap artist from South London. He has been involved in the rap scene since his teenage years, working alongside some of the genre's biggest names. His first exposure to the public was when he guested on the track 'Original Rude Boy' in 1998 when he was just 17.

He released his debut album 'Tha Sinner' in 2002, which reached the UK Top 50. This was followed up by 'Alarm Clock Music" in 2003 and 'Liquid Dope' in 2006. His music was generally well acclaimed by critics and gained him an international fan base.

Over the next ten years, Lockdown released mixtapes and performed a variety of live shows. He released his fourth studio album 'Living Dangerously' in 2018, returning to rap after a break from the genre.
