His powerful performance of "Somebody to Love" skyrocketed his career and got him noticed by the industry. Since then, Martel has released solo albums and become a popular Christian artist and songwriter. He has co-written with the likes of Amy Grant, Mark Hall, Leigh Nash and more. He has had multiple songs appear on Billboard's Christian Charts and has toured extensively across the country, spreading his uplifting message to audiences everywhere.
