Marco Antonio Solis is a Mexican singer, songwriter, and producer who has been active in the music industry since the late 1960s. He is one of the most influential and prolific singer songwriters in Latin music and is also known for his sentimental ballads. He has released a total of 19 studio albums, 6 live albums, and more than ten compilations. He received 5 Latin Grammy awards in 2013 and 2017 for his most recognized albums. In 2009, he was inducted into the International Latin Music Hall of Fame. Solis has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide and works to promote social causes such as education and health awareness to the Latin American community.
