Marco Resmann is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and record label impresario who has been active on the electro and techno scene since the early 2000s. Starting out in the late 90s, his experience within the dance music industry highlight his ambition to establish a successful business within the scene. In 2004 Resmann founded a record label based in Berlin named Upon You Records, which was a mainstay in the city's electronic music scene for almost 15 years, encompassing a wide range of musical genres and helping to launch the careers of numerous artists. Resmann has continued to be successful as a DJ, releasing numerous sets all over the globe. With his deep-house and groove-engineered selections becoming a regular at festivals such as Amsterdam Dance Event and Burning Man, Marco Resmann has gained a formidable reputation as an international DJ and tastemaker. Resmann also runs his own production school in Berlin and continues to push the boundaries of contemporary electronic music.
