Matinee tickets

Matinee is an indie-pop and power-pop band from Leeds, England. Their sound is rooted in classic 90s power-pop, as evidenced by their 2014 debut single “Dreaming of Somebody.” The band released their debut album Television Youth in 2006. The record was a hit in the UK and charted in the Top 50 albums. In 2010, Matinee released their second album, Romance and Adventure, a moody and textured rush of post-punk and new wave-inspired pop. The album was praised by critics and was followed by another release in 2011, their third and most recent LP, Summer Girls and Sailor Moon. Matinee continue to tour and write music today and have firmly established themselves within the indie-pop scene.
