Merpire is an Australian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose colourful indie-pop sound has captivated listeners. Drawing from folk, electronic and experimental styles, Merpire creates lush soundscapes that infuse her romantic lyrics with elements of dreamy soul. Collaborating with producers such as John Lee & Erasmo, her debut single 'June', was released in 2018 to critical acclaim. Fervent live crowds from hometown Brisbane to Berlin have seen Merpire's DIY approach to stirring performances in ever-evolving sonic outfits, such as the six-piece discovered band 'Daisy Brains'.
