About Mirusia Louwerse
Mirusia Louwerse is an Australian soprano singer who rose to fame by performing in the long-running production of "The Netherlands" starring Dutch opera star André Rieu. She released her first single in 2007, a duet with André Rieu, and her debut album in 2008, which quickly rose to the top of the international charts. Since then, she has performed on numerous concert stages around the world, in addition to making regular live and TV appearances. She is also a special guest soloist on two of André Rieu's albums, which have been widely successful. In 2011, she released her second album, “Always and Forever: The Very Best of Mirusia”. Along with her classical singing career, she is also a prolific songwriter and a sought-after guest speaker in Australia and abroad. Mirusia has become an international superstar and is one of Australia's most beloved musicians.
