Naughty by Nature is a hip-hop trio from East Orange, New Jersey made up of members Treach, Vinnie, and Kay Gee. They are best known for their platinum-selling single "O.P.P", which became a massive hit in 1991 and is now often considered one of the most classic hip-hop songs of all time. “Uptown Anthem” and “Hip Hop Hooray” are two of their other well-received singles throughout the 90s. After a 6-year break in 2004, Naughty by Nature came back with a fourth album, “IIcons”, which was well-received by critics and fans alike. Even to this day Naughty by Nature continues to tour and record music, releasing their 10th album “Hip Hop Lives” in late 2017.
