Past Present, formed in 2015, is a genre-bending duo that blends traditional music with contemporary electronic sounds. Comprised of Indian-born, Canadian-raised vocalist-producer Shovan, and Canadian producer Geeter, Past Present creates a unique sound that melds the soulful sounds of traditional Indian classical music and urban beats. Their debut album "Desire" was released in 2018 and received acclaim for its unique mix of genres, and for its lyrics on the tenets of unity and the integration of diverse multicultural identities.
