He quickly gained recognition within the underground electronic music scene for his unique sound. His music is described as a blend of melodic techno and powerful house beats.

Cerato has released multiple EPs and albums on labels such as Stil vor Talent, Traum Schallplatten and Sans Absentfaite. He has also established his own label, 'play it say it' in 2018, specialized in melodic and deeper house music on vinyl and digital formats. He is know for expressing unique and powerful moods in his music, with deep, hypnotic and driving rhythms.
