Real Estate is an indie rock band from Ridgewood, New Jersey formed in 2009. The current line-up consists of Martin Courtney, Alex Bleeker, Matt Kallman, Jackson Pollis and Julian Lynch. The band has released five studio albums - 'Real Estate' (2009), 'Days' (2011), 'Atlas' (2014), 'In Mind' (2017) and 'The Main Thing' (2020). Their releases are defined by their melodic jangle pop sound, and have been nominated for several awards and received wide critical acclaim. Their most popular songs include "Talking Backwards" and "Darling", both from the 2014 album 'Atlas'. Real Estate are currently on tour in support of their latest album 'The Main Thing' released in 2020.
