About Rhonda Vincent
Rhonda Vincent is an award-winning American bluegrass singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. She rose to fame in the mid-1990s on the strength of her hit single, "Is the Grass Any Bluer?" Vincent has since released 12 studio albums and become one of the most successful female artists in bluegrass music. She was the first woman to be named IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 2000, and has been honored numerous times since then. In 2009, she was inducted into the International Bluegrass Hall of Fame. Vincent has also enjoyed success in country music, with hits including "If Heartaches Had Wings," "I'm Not Over You," and "Trouble Free." Onstage, Vincent leads her band the Rage, which also includes her brother Darrin on guitar. She regularly tours the United States and Europe, performing both traditional bluegrass and her own original material.
