San Cisco is an indie-pop band that couldn't release a corny record even if they wanted to. Experimental at first, but sticking to their indie guns, the Western Australia group is a hook making machine, and they've been recognized as one of the purest forms of indie sound in Australia today.
Formed in 2009 under a different name, King George, the four-piece band, released their self-titled album debut in 2012, releasing the intoxicating pop hymn "Awkward," which peaked on the number one position on Australia's indie charts. Their sound is best described as the ideal relaxing sound flow for coffee shops across the world to include them in their playlists. It's indie-pop in its purest form, and the band prides itself with its radio-ready tunes.
