Shane Nicholson is an Australian country music singer and songwriter, who has released seven solo albums. He has won the Golden Guitar award, an ARIA award, and several other awards. His extensive catalogue of songs have earned him the Top 25 Songwriters of the Year award from APRA. Nicholson has also provided backing vocals for some of Australia's well-known artists, such as Kasey Chambers, Paul Kelly, and many others.
