Shogun and The Sheets are a Canadian rock band from Toronto, Ontario. Comprising of four members, Nikolas Manzize (vocals/guitar/keys) Thomas Ferro (guitar/keys) Peter Fall (bass) and Peter Vogh (drums). The band formed in 2015 and has released several singles, EPs, and two albums. The band’s genre has moved between alternative rock, funky breaks, and soul, at times reminiscent of electronic-tinged bands such as The Black Keys and Alabama Shakes. Their most recent album, “When the Sun Comes Up”, received a widely positive reception from critics, and has propelled the band to bigger and better gigs, including a major tour through Canada and a few shows in the US. Shogun and The Sheets continue to push modern music boundaries and create unique, compelling art.
