About The Japanese House
The Japanese House, otherwise known as Amber Bain, is an Indie folk singer-songwriter from Buckinghamshire, UK. Starting her musical career in 2015 with the release of her first singles, she has rapidly grown in fame, releasing her debut EP, 'Pools to Bathe In' in 2015, and her debut album 'Good at Falling' in 2019. Her sound has been positively compared to that of The xx and she has supported them at Glastonbury. Her music has also been featured in films such as 2020's 'To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You', with the soundtrack featuring two of her songs. The Japanese House continues to capture their fan's attention as she releases more dreamy indie pop with celestial influences.
