The Mavis's were an Australian alternative rock band composed of members Ange, Donna, Karina, and Trish. After forming in 1996, the band released two studio albums, Chrysalis (1998) and Beatitude (2002), as well as a greatest hits album and two live albums. During their career The Mavis's saw commercial success in Australia with their singles, "Scream" and "Bicycle" both reaching the Top 40 on the ARIA Singles Chart.

The Mavis's toured extensively throughout Australia and had the honor of opening for INXS, Oasis, and the Smashing Pumpkins. They were nominated for four ARIA Music Awards between 1998 and 2003. After releasing Beatitude, they decided to disband in 2003 after seven years together.

In 2012, the band reunited for a handful of shows for their 16th anniversary. Although the reunion tour wasn't a success, the shows were well received by fans and critics. The M
