About The Moving Stills
The Moving Stills is an alternative folk rock band from Boston, Massachusetts. Formed in 2014, the independent band is fronted by siblings Emily and Will Kleve, along with Ben Campbell on guitar, and Laura Thurston on drums. The band is known for their melodic sound, which creates a "perfectly constructed mix of sweet harmonies, thoughtful lyrics and creative songwriting." The Moving Stills have released several EPs, "In Flight," "Rotation," and "Shimmer," and toured extensively around the United States and Europe. In addition to their original material, the band has been known to cover popular folk-inspired tunes from artists such as The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, and Roberta Flack.
