The Neighbourhood is an American alternative rock band from California, formed in 2011. The group consists of vocalist Jesse Rutherford, guitarists Jeremy Freedman and Zach Abels, bassist Mikey Margott, and drummer Brandon Alexander Fried. They are best known for their #1 single "Sweater Weather" which was released in 2013 from their debut album ‘I Love You’.

The Neighbourhood has continued to produce more successful music since then, such as ‘R.I.P.2MyYouth’ and ‘The Beach’ from their second album ‘Wiped Out!’ both released in 2015. In 2018 they released ‘The Neighbourhood’ to positive reviews and in 2019 followed up with their fourth album – titled ‘Chip Chrome & The Mono-Men’ and comprising of mainly electronic music.
