About The Ordinary Boys
The Ordinary Boys are an English indie rock band formed in 2002 in Worthing, West Sussex. The band originally consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Samuel Preston, bassist James Gregory, and drummer Simon Goldring, later joined by guitarist William J. Brown. They burst onto the UK music scene with their debut album, "Over the Counter Culture," in 2004, which showcased their infectious blend of Britpop and ska influences. Gaining wider notoriety following Preston's appearance on the reality TV show "Celebrity Big Brother" in 2006, The Ordinary Boys continued to release music, evolving their sound and maintaining a dedicated fanbase. After a hiatus, they briefly reunited in 2011 and released a self-titled album in 2015.
