With a career spanning nearly 40 years, the group blends traditional bluegrass with pop and jazz influences. They have released 10 studio albums and numerous live albums, with a mix of original songs and traditional covers. In 2018, they released Tim O'Brien Band, their first album featuring all-original material in a decade. Their music has been featured in a variety of films, television shows, and commercials over the years.
