Yothu Yindi tickets

Yothu Yindi were an Australian Aboriginal rock band formed back in 1986. They blended traditional Aboriginal music with contemporary popular music to create a unique and original sound. Yothu Yindi became influencial throughout the country and they had a special impact on the reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in Australia. They released five studio albums and several top 20 singles, their biggest hit being 'Treaty'. Yothu Yindi also won an ARIA Award for Best Indigenous Album for their 1993 album Tribal Voice. The band were a live success and performed all around the world, including a spot in 1993 at Australia's National Music Festival. Yothu Yindi sadly disbanded in 2002.
