Darren Hayes is an Australian singer-songwriter, best known for fronting the pop duo Savage Garden between 1993 and 2001. Hayes has released four solo albums, Spin, The Tension and the Spark, This Delicate Thing We've Made and Secret Codes and Battleships. His debut solo single, ‘Insatiable’ was an instant hit, reaching the top of the charts in numerous countries including Australia, Italy, Switzerland and Spain. His single, ‘Strange Relationship,’ released in 2006, was another chart-topper, reaching number one in the U.S. Adult Top 40 chart. He has released several further albums and singles to continued success, and in 2009 was inducted into the Aria Hall of Fame with Savage Garden.
