Lakeway is an electronic producer and songwriter from Vancouver, Canada. Growing up surrounded by the chilled Pacific Northwest, his music reflects his surroundings with lush instrumentals and an atmospheric sound. His career began to take off in 2019 with the release of his second EP ‘Mending Seasons’. The EP received a lot of praise from underground music outlets, even earning him a nomination for Alternative Album of the Year at the 2019 Western Canadian Music Awards. Since then, Lakeway has gone on to receive millions of plays across streaming platforms, collaborate with talent from around the world and become an ambassador for several cutting-edge, musical technology companies. In 2020, Lakeway released his debut studio LP, ‘We Were Here’, which is available now.
