Lingua Ignota tickets

Lingua Ignota is the experimental solo project of multi-instrumentalist, composer, and performer Kristin Hayter. She emerged in 2016 with the self-released album All Bitterness, Grief, and Sorrow and has since released two full-length records and a handful of singles. Her music combines dark, ethereal soundscapes with heavily distorted vocals sung in Latin, English, and made-up words, creating a sonic landscape that evokes both beauty and despair. Lingua Ignota's sound is often described as "Noise Opera" and is widely celebrated as elegant and emotionally intense. She continues to tour internationally and explore the depths of dark ambient electronic music with her distinct vocal and compositional style.
