Vladimir Ivkovic, also known as DJ Uly, is an electronic music producer and DJ from Belgrade, Serbia. He started out producing music in 2006 and realized that his true passion was for DJing in 2010. His sound bridges classic music and modern music, and creates a unique and innovative style of minimal techno. Ivkovic runs a label called Offen Music, which celebrates like-minded artists and labels which focus on similar sounds. He runs various monthly events in Serbia, as well as appearing at festivals such as DGTL and Livespark. He has also released material on a range of labels, including Mord, PoleGroup, Quiet Love, Decoy and his own Offen Music.
