John Power tickets

John Power is a British multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter from Liverpool. He rose to prominence in the early '90s as part of the Britpop movement with his band Cast. He was the vocalist and bassist of the band and had a successful career with them until the band split in 2000. Since then John has continued to perform as a solo artist. His solo career has also seen him collaborate with Hot Chip, The Coral, Athlete and The La’s. He also served as the musical director for Mark Knopfler’s 2006 national tour. John Power’s most recent solo album, Resurrection, was released in 2018 to critical acclaim. In 2019 he was featured alongside Phil Cunningham on the self-titled album by The Filthy Tongues.
