Alien Weaponry tickets

Alien Weaponry are an alternative metal trio from Waipu, New Zealand, consisting of brothers, Lewis and Henry de Jong and their friend Ethan Trembath. Taking inspiration from their Māori heritage, the band blend heavy metal and hard rock with traditional Māori instruments and chants, creating an explosive contemporary take on their culture. Since forming in 2010, Alien Weaponry have quickly gained popular and critical acclaim, winning awards such as Best Maori Artist at the Music Awards NZ 2016, and touring with bands like Meshuggah and Sepultura. They released their first full length album, TU in 2018, which was met with huge success, going on to be the highest-selling NZ rock album in the past decade. Alien Weaponry have definitely made their mark on the music scene and are without a doubt ones to watch in the future.
