Lost Society is a Finnish metal band, formed in 2010 by guitarist and vocalist Samy Elbanna. The group's sound has been characterized as thrash metal, and their lyrics focus on partying, teenage rebellion, and social issues. Their debut album, Fast Loud Death, was released in 2013 and was followed by Terror Hungry, which peaked at number 7 on Finland's album chart. In 2018, the group released their fourth studio album, No Absolution. Lost Society have played shows across Europe, North America, and South America, supporting acts such as Motörhead, Amon Amarth, and Sepultura. The band have also performed at various festivals, including the Download Festival, Rock in Japan, With Full Force, and many more. Lost Society is widely considered to be a major force in the metal scene.
