Alina Bzhezhinska is a Ukrainian born classical harpist, based in London. She began her career as a harp student of the National Music Academy of Ukraine, graduating with honours. She has performed with the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, Kyiv Chamber Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and many more. Her solo career has included performances in jazz and improvising, led to collaborations with contemporary composers and her own work. In 2019, she released her solo album ‘Immersion’, followed by the ‘Hidden Materials’ project in 2020. Alina is the recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious British Composer Award in 2018.
