Baauer is an American music artist and record producer from Brooklyn, New York. He is best known for his hit single “Harlem Shake”, which has achieved global success and has been the number one song in the US in 2013. Baauer started out by creating beats for hip-hop artists, and then released his debut album “Aa” in 2016. His music is inspired by trap music, hip-hop, global club culture, and electronic music. He has collaborated with artists such as Pusha T, RL Grime, Flosstradamus, and Leikeli47. He has toured with huge acts such as Disclosure, Diplo, and Skrillex performing in some of the world's biggest festivals including Ultra Music Festival and Lollapalooza. Baauer is currently signed onto LuckyMe records and is continuing to make exciting new music.
