Deville is an Icelandic rock band founded in 2005. The alternative indie rock band is known for its unique sound, which blends folk, blues, and psychedelia to create something totally its own. Former members of now-defunct Icelandic bands such as Mínus, Kaldera, and GusGus contribute to Deville's diverse sound. Deville's first studio album, Acrobatique, was released in 2008 and their most recent album, Orvaratindur, came out in 2017. They've earned critical acclaim and positive reviews from a wide range of publications such as The Line of Best Fit, AllMusic, and Exclaim!, and have been featured in prominent international music festivals like Iceland Airwaves, Eurosonic Noorderslag, and Vaganti Festival.
