Doughboys is an alt-rock/ power pop group from Canada. They released their debut album Shimmer in 1988, followed up with two more albums, 1992's Crank and 1996's Crush. The band achieved an impressive level of success in North America, and toured with acts like Rush, Mr. Big, The Church, and The Posies. Their single "I Can't Let Go" topped the Canadian charts, and the band was nominated for multiple Juno Awards. After taking a lengthy hiatus, the band reformed in 2014 and released their fourth album, Our Own Masters, that same year. The band is currently composed of their original four members, stirring up memories of classic Canadian rock.
