Frost* is an English progressive rock band from Streatham, London established in 2004 by Jem Godfrey and John Mitchell. The band's debut album Milliontown was released in 2006 to widespread critical acclaim and marked the beginning of their progressive rock career. Their subsequent albums Experiments in Mass Appeal (2008) and The Human Condition (2009) featured heavier instrumentals and more complex musical compositions. The band released Falling Satellites in 2016, their first album in seven years, and was featured on the Prog Magazine's Best Albums of 2016 list. More recently, Frost* released their fifth studio album in 2018, called Day and Age, and has continued to maintain their fanbase over the years with concert tours and festivals.
