Lil' Louis is a pioneering house music producer and DJ from Chicago. He is considered one of the forefathers of house music and helped to popularize the genre across the world. He is best known for his song "French Kiss" which was released in 1989 and reached number one in the UK Singles Chart. His other notable songs include "Blackout" and "I Called U". He has produced and remixed tracks for several artists including Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, CeCe Peniston and C&C Music Factory.
