Lil Ugly Mane is an underground hip hop and rap artist from Richmond, Virginia. He emerged in 2011 via online music sharing platforms with his debut mixtape, "Mista Throwback: Nostalgic Weirdo Music". In 2017, he made a surprise comeback with his fourth mixtape, "Third Side of Tape", and another mixtape, "Oblivious Rapture". His work is characterized by a lo-fi sound, featuring dense, abrasive production and distorted vocals. His lyrical content centers around macabre, dark musings.
