Lynda Dawn is a multi-faceted singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Her music uses a mix of country, folk, and blues influences while staying rooted in her Appalachian heritage. Dawn's performance style is personal and intimate due to her powerful vocal delivery, and her ability to play multiple instruments. Her debut album, Queen of Bad Dreams, released in 2006 to critical acclaim, showcasing her songwriting talent and creative vision. She has released five technically adventurous studio albums and toured with acts such as The Swell Season, Sarah Harmer, and The Deep Dark Woods in Canada and Europe. In 2016 she graduated from the Institute of Audio Recording with a degree in Audio Production and is currently working on her sixth album.
