Minus the Bear tickets

Minus the Bear is an indie rock band from Seattle, Washington that started in 2001. Formed by vocalist and guitarist Jake Snider, bassist Cory Murchy, and drummer Erin Tate, the band released their debut EP They Make Beer Commercials Like This in 2002 and their full-length album Highly Refined Pirates in 2005. This album included their signature song, "Pachuca Sunrise."

Minus the Bear released two more full-length albums in 2007 and 2010 respectively, as well as a few EPs and live performances. They developed their sound from the post-hardcore of their first albums to more of an electronica feel. Minus the Bear has gained legions of fans and a consistent musical style that have made them legendary in the music scene. In 2018, the band announced their seventh and final studio album, entitled Fair Enough.
