About Mr Twin Sister
Mr Twin Sister is an American indie band and music project based out of Long Island, New York. The band was founded in 2008, initially working as an acoustic duo named Twin Sister. In 2011, the duo changed their name to Mr Twin Sister and released their debut single, "Vampires with Dreaming Kids". The accompanying album, In Heaven, was released in 2014 and became their first chart success, peaking at #2 on the US Alternative chart.
Since then, the band has released a further three albums, including the critically acclaimed Salt (2018). All of their albums have been met with critical acclaim, including their most recent album, Power of Two (2020), which was praised for its smooth and soulful electronic rhythms.
In addition to their own solo material, Mr Twin Sister have also collaborated with other artists, including Death From Above 1979, Yoko Ono, and Mark Ronson. The band have performed both solo and as part of supporting acts for
