Oscar Mulero is a veteran of the techno and electronic music scene. Originally from Madrid, Spain, he has been releasing techno music internationally since the late 1990s. He has performed at festivals around the world and is considered one of the leading figures in Spanish techno.

He produces a range of styles including techno, electro, dub, and ambient, often with a heavy emphasis on sounds from Spanish culture. He has released a number of albums as well as numerous singles and remixes. Many of his best-known works include collaborations with other Spanish artists such as Exium and Reeko.
