Osees, formerly known as Thee Oh Sees, is an American garage rock band from San Francisco, California. The band was formed by frontman John Dwyer in 1997 and has released over 20 studio albums in its two-decade-long career. Osees' music is known for its blend of psychedelic garage rock and punk influences. They have released albums on a number of independent record labels and have had a number of different personnel changes over the years. Osees have toured extensively throughout the US, Europe and the world, performing at various festivals including SXSW and the London's All Tomorrow's Parties. Over the years, the band's sound has evolved, resulting in a more expansive sonic palette and subtle melodic changes. Osees' most recent album "Panther Rotate" was released in 2020 to further critical acclaim.
