About Paul Carrack
Paul Carrack is an English singer and songwriter who started his music career in the 1970s as keyboardist and vocalist in the popular rock band, Squeeze. However, Carrack has built an impressive career in the music industry since then, with popular songs such as "How Long", "Tempted" and of course, "Ace's" own "The Living Years". Since leaving Squeeze in 1980, he has worked with, and for, a host of artists, including Mike Rutherford and The Eagles.
Carrack's successful solo career has seen him record 14 studio albums, most notably, 1995's "A Different Hat", which cemented his status as one of the key players in the British soul scene of the 90s. In 2010, he received the prestigious Ivor Novello Award for his work on Mike + The Mechanics’ hit single “The Living Years".
