Coming into existence by the late 80s, Pennywise, fast-paced skatepunk rock music hit the era like a nail in the coffin.
With music for the young and restless rebellious adolescents, the California based band's success coincided with the growth of skate-punk in the late 90s. Fellow bands with a similar subliminal message like NOFX, Green Day, or the Offspring all spat the same lyrics and posed a relaxed attitude towards the music industry. And their fans adored every bit of it!
