Rory McLeod is an accomplished singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the United Kingdom. He has released 17 albums since 1990, combining traditional and contemporary folk styles with world-music influences from around the globe. His studio albums include 'Migrations' (2003) and 'Traveller's Joy' (2007). McLeod's live performances are usually solo but often feature backing musicians, notably his long-time collaborator, percussionist Melvin Duffy. His energetic live shows have earned him a loyal following and he has toured extensively across Europe and North America. He also runs an online Music School, teaching Songwriting, guided Voice Workshops and various stories and stories for kids. With a repertoire that contains funky reggae, foot-stomping country blues and tender acoustic ballads all mixed with his own quirky humour, Rory McLeod’s music could only be described as one-of-a-kind.
